Pam Kelchner, R.D.H. joined us in September 2005 and what a great asset she is to our Office. Pam is a graduate of Northampton County Community College Hygiene program. She has an outgoing personality and has patients and staff smiling with her warmth and wit. Pam has the ability to make complex things simple and this helps our patients understand their specific dental needs more clearly. Pam is constantly striving to keep abreast with current technology and uses an intraoral camera to show you what you need to know. (Fits right in with Dr.Messersmith, Mr. Technology)
Marlene Leiby has been in the Medical and Dental field since 1974. She began working for Dr Messersmith as a Dental Assistant in September 1989 . We keep her busy as our Office Manager of Patient Services . Her goal is to help you receive needed Dental Care by maximizing the use of the Insurance benefits that you are entitled to. She also coordinates financial arrangement options and treatment plans. Marlene is the person to go to for answers in achieving your Dental goals!
Office administrative duties are shared by Marlene Leiby, Fran Hallman and Donna Kunkel. Their joint duties include assisting patients by coordinating appointments, arranging financial options, maximizing insurance benefits and filing insurance claims . Their combined knowledge and enthusiasm is key to the quality customer service our patients receive.
Fran concentrates on patient appointments, scheduling and confirmations. She is responsible for answering multiple phone lines. Her delightful smile and warm personality radiates throughout the office. Fran has been with our office since May 2004.
Carina Dupree is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants. She has been working in the dental field for 17 years and joined our team in December 1999. Carina attended Northampton Community College for Dental Assisting and Harcum College for Expanded Functions. She enjoys assisting Dr Messersmith chairside and is a motivating force in coordinating patient treatment.
Amanda Reifsnyder is the newest member of our team, joining us in November of 2008. Amanda is also an expanded functions Dental Assistant. She has been in the Dental field since 2004 and attended Harcum College on 2006. Having Amanda is a definite plus in helping you achieve your Dental goals!
